Personalization Process — Step by Step

Step 1 · Choose & Personalize
Select your product and design directly on our webshop.
Enter all personalization details, from text to small design preferences.
This gives us a clear starting point for your custom order.
Step 2 · 1-on-1 Design Consultation
After receiving your order, we will contact you by email within 3 business days (depending on workload).
You'll receive full 1-on-1 premium personalization service, with direct communication to refine every detail.
Step 3 · Design Proposal & Revisions
We prepare a personalized design proposal based on your wishes.
You can request adjustments to text, layout, or graphics until everything feels just right.
All revisions are included in the product price until final approval.
Step 4 · Final Approval & Production
Once you approve the final design, it is sent to print and production.
After this point, any additional changes are subject to extra charges.

The products shown on our webshop are part of our standardized collection.
If you have special requests beyond what's listed, feel free to contact us by email — we'll gladly create a custom solution and tailored offer.
🚚 Delivery Timeline - Order on Time
Please note that personalised orders require additional time to produce. Each item is carefully made to order, which means production cannot be rushed.
We would also like to highlight that delivery times depend on shipping carriers and are outside of our control. For this reason, we kindly ask you to place your order at least 30 days in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly and without stress.
We strongly recommend ordering even earlier if possible. Spring and summer are our busiest seasons, with a very high number of orders. Ordering in advance helps us maintain our quality standards and ensures your order is produced and delivered on time.
During checkout, you will be asked to select your desired delivery date.
⏳ Personalized orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance.
- Minimum order quantity: 20 pieces
- Once an order is confirmed, reducing the quantity is not possible
- Any additional orders are treated as separate orders, with a new personalization and production process
To avoid last-minute stress, we kindly recommend ordering the number you need, with a few extra pieces just in case 🤍
If you need priority / express production, an additional fee of €50 applies.
