Refund policy
When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all personalisation details, including names, dates, text, spelling, and layout. Any changes or corrections requested after the order has been confirmed may be subject to additional charges.
Personalised Products
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, returns and refunds are not possible unless the product is faulty or an error has occurred on our side.
Please note that subjective dissatisfaction (such as personal preference, expectations, or change of mind) does not qualify as a valid reason for a return or refund for personalised items.
We strongly advise customers to carefully check the selected product, fabric colour, personalisation details, and all entered text before completing the order. Changes after production has started are only possible in exceptional cases and may require additional payment.
Non-Personalised Products
Non-personalised products may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order due to our error, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
