When placing an order, customers are required to select their preferred delivery date. We carefully plan production and dispatch to meet this requested date and do our best to deliver on or very close to the selected date (±1 day).
Please note that the exact delivery day may vary slightly depending on whether the date falls on a working day or a weekend, as well as on the delivery schedule of the shipping carrier.
Personalisation & Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed with a requested delivery date within 30 days are, in most cases, fulfilled without personalisation. Personalised products require additional production time, especially during peak seasons.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times with our shipping partners are:

Packaging & Order Inspection
All products are carefully packaged and protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We kindly ask customers to inspect all items upon delivery.
If any damage or issue is noticed, please contact us immediately so we can react in time and resolve the situation promptly. While rare, there is always a possibility of damage during transit, and early notification helps us provide the best possible support.
