Personalisation Guide
Personalisation is included in the product price and is arranged individually for each customer. We offer a full 1-on-1 personalisation service, tailored to your wishes.
You may:
Upload your own finished design, or
Provide a detailed description of your desired personalisation, in which case you may also upload your wedding invitations, inspiration images, or design ideas.
Once we receive your order and payment, we will contact you directly to finalise the personalisation details. This direct communication helps ensure accuracy and avoids any mistakes during production.
Please note that during busy periods, it may take 2–3 business days for us to reach out — thank you for your understanding.
After the final design has been approved by the customer (including all text, punctuation, and details), no changes can be made without additional charges.
